MARTI BARRETT SCHOLARSHIP

The Marti Barrett Scholarship honors the memory of a person who made a real difference at CU –Denver. Marti was a chemistry professor and then UC Denver registrar in her distinguished career. She made a difference believing in people’s ability to accomplish almost anything, she knew how to encourage them in their pursuits, and because she was always there for anyone who needed her help when times were rocky.

Undergraduate UCD women majoring in one of the natural or physical sciences are eligible for this scholarship. Call for self nominations requested late October to early November of each year.
