Fellowship Details

At UC Denver, a total of 26 IGERT PhD fellowships are available to students of exceptional ability and high academic distinction across the four disciplines of Engineering (ENGR), Architecture and Planning (CAP), School of Public Affairs (SPA), and, Health and Behavioral Sciences (HBS) for conducting integrated research in the domain of sustainable urban infrastructure.

UC Denver’s IGERT fellowships include:

IGERT fellowships at UC Denver are scheduled to be distributed in a phased manner with a cohort of eight fellows starting in 2007-08, five fellows starting in 2008-09, and, thirteen fellows to be admitted in 2009-10 and 2010-11.

To be eligible for IGERT fellowships, recipients must be US citizens or permanent residents.  Women and minority candidates are encouraged to apply.
