David C. O'Brien, MBA
Dave O'Brien is the Entrepreneur in Residence for the Bard Center for Entrepreneurship where he helps entrepreneurs develop, manage, obtain funding, and grow their companies. In the last year he has supported over 30 companies in a variety of stages of growth.
Dave is COO & CFO of Motelus Inc. He has over 18 years of Senior Management experience as the COO and CFO for three successful startups, as well as Senior Operational management positions for four fortune 500 companies, including GE, AMD andr P2 Energy Solutions.
Dave has MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Michigan, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. He is on the Board of Directors of Progressive Health Center, a complementary health care facility located on the Swedish Campus. Dave also participates as a CTEK board advisor to several local software companies.
