Entrepreneurial Curriculum
The Bard Center's graduate-level entrepreneurship courses provide valuable instruction and guidance in the following areas:

Evaluating business opportunities and risks

Creating business plans

Designing and managing new ventures

Developing Social Sector initiatives

Exploring opportunities in Real Estate

Structuring finances

Implementing marketing and strategic planning initiatives

Understanding the legal issues of entrepreneurship

Identifying international entrepreneurship trends and developments
Students also have the opportunity to earn a Certificate in Entrepreneurial Studies, which enables them to demonstrate their specialized expertise in areas of entrepreneurship. Certificate holders can enhance their professional credibility or gain the knowledge and confidence they need to start their own businesses. Students can earn the Certificate by taking three Bard Center courses, which must include one business plan course: Business Plans and Seed Financing or Business Planning for Social Entrepreneurs. One of the following: Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurial Financial Management, or New Concept Development. One ENTP course of your choice.
