A New Dance Performance Piece
Leister premiered a new collaborative dance piece titled That Indistinct Edge at the Wooly Mammoth Theater in Washington DC on January 10. The piece will feature 22 minutes of new sound and video that I am creating along with dance choreographed by Jane Franklin. The dance explores the blurring of our physical space identity through digital and live performance, which is a continuation of a theme I am developing in paintings and new animation. The Wooly Mammoth is a well-known Theater in Washington DC.
