Twelve remarkably accomplished filmmakers and film industry professionals from Denver and around the world spent April 2 – 3 at the University of Colorado Denver’s College of Arts & Media to develop the infrastructure for a new, strategic residency MFA program in film with a decidedly global focus. At 4:30p.m. on Friday, April 3, these film professionals will gather at the King Center Concert Hall to talk with students and the public about filmmaking today, filmmaking tomorrow and what filmmakers need to know to create innovative films for an increasingly high-tech world.
The panel discussion will be moderated by Howie Movshovitz, noted film critic and Director of Film Education for the College of Arts & Media at UC Denver.
