UCD Art History Symposium
The State of the Visual Arts in Colorado

Location: Tivoli 320B-C
Students will speak on the visual arts in Denver and Colorado, analyzing topics that may include the state of museums, the art market, civic initiatives, and the study of the history of art. The presentations will take stock of developments in the city and state while placing them in a national context. Among the objectives is the identification of local strengths that have bolstered the arts. This panel also aims to suggest areas of future growth.
