CCB is in the Annex of the CU Building, located at
1250 Fourteenth Street, Denver, Colorado (Larimer Square).
There are 2-hour meters on the streets, for which you need quarters.
There are also several parking lots. The lot on 14th Street, just
across from the CU Building, costs $7/day. Nearby public lots
cost $6.50/day.
Driving Instructions:
If coming from the North, take I-25 South to Speer Blvd. You will
want to make a left turn at Market Street, but to do so you need to be
in your right lane. There is a sign showing the loop you make
onto Auraria Pkwy. Once you cross Speer Blvd, turn right onto 14th St.
Our building is the next block, and you will see parking on your right.
If coming from the South, take I-25 North to Auraria Pkwy (comes
right after Colfax exit). Then, cross Speer Blvd and follow the above
instructions.
If you are in the downtown area, you can take the tram to Larimer Street.
Then, walk 2 blocks to 14th Street. Cross the street, and you will see the
CU Building near the corner.
