In order to focus on our mission, we maintain constant communication with our members. This is a "student club" run by students for students. If students did not participate in meetings or events in order to generate ideas and make sure they're implemented, there would not be a club. Many students have gathered their ideas, time, and efforts together to create a club that offers many benefits the community and students of all ages.

The results of this collaborative effort can be seen throughout this website - the "behind the scene documents" that allow this club to truly function can be viewed on this page.

- One of our main goals is to increase safety awareness. Because we do multiple demonstrations, we like to ensure the safety of our members by filling out emergency contacts. This form also helps in maintaining the integrity of our members as they can include this organization truthfully in their resumes.
- In order to officially be a member of the chemistry club, a membership form MUST be filled out.
- a
- Annual Report
- This allows our members and others to keep track of the events that we have done for past years. This is another way that we maintain recognition through the American Chemical Society as a student organization.
- a
- Calendar
- To keep our members and others informed, we have our calendar of events as well as the participants that have committed to the various events.
- Meeting Minutes
- We execute meetings at least once a month. This allows us to intiate our projects as well as come up with new ideas. It is beneficial in that it aids us in maintaining our projects and events on campus and in our community.
- Spring Semester, 2006 Meetings will be held one Thursday each month at 6:30pm in the North Classroom Deli. See You There!
- Meeting Minutes From 2004-2005 Academic Year
- Grants
- In order to fund our many projects, in particular the RISE program, demonstrations, National Chemistry Week, Earth Day, and ACS conference, we must raise money. Bake sales just won't cut it anymore.....we have submitted several grants this past year in order to obtain funds:
- Demonstration Manual
- The demonstration manual is a book containing all of the experiments we do for both the RISE program and Demonstrations. It containts the materials, procedure, safety precautions, disposal, and scientific explaination of the experiment. This book is kept in our lab (NC 3011) so that experiments can be looked up any time.
