President: Zinat Ismael

• Update and maintain current and accurate information to the ASCUD Student Government.
• Preside over all meetings.
• Appoint committees.
• Be a contact point for the Student Affiliates of the American Chemical Society.
• Coordinate the annual trip to the American Chemical Society conference. 
• Reapply each semester for the office space in the Club Hub.
• Coordinate the preparation and purchase of all chemicals and supplies for use in the demonstrations.
• Coordinate the Resources for Interactive Science Education (RISE) program.



 

Vice President: Zoe Loomis

• Assume the duties of the President in his/her absence or assist where needed.
• Design and maintain the club website.
• Reapply each semester to obtain full-recognition for the club.
• Work with the Treasurer on SOFA funding.
• Work with Fundraising Coordinator on funding from community sources and fundraising activities.
• Appoint committees.
• Responsible for all phone communications and voice messages sent to the club phone.
• Contact and scheduling for demonstrations including recording names of participants for resume/club purposes.

Secretary: Neha Sharma

• Take and post minutes of all meetings.
• Work with the Website Designer to update and maintain the club website.
• Responsible for returning emails sent to the club.
• Update the bulletin boards.
• Recruit new members.
• Organize study groups and contact class leaders for study groups.

Treasurer: Veronia Guirguis

• Update and maintain current and accurate information to the ASCUD Student Government.
• Maintain the financial records for the organization.
• Work on SOFA documents.
• Work on fundraising endeavors.

Director of Green Chemistry:

Derek Dalton

• Create green chemistry demonstrations.
• Design green chemistry lab experiments and incorporate them in the University of Colorado chemistry curriculum.
• Attend green chemistry conferences and meetings.

Director of Resources for Interactive Science Education Program (RISE):

Cassandra Vogel

• Obtain funding for the RISE program through grants and fundraisers.
• Designate monthly themes for RISE curriculum.
• Help design, test, and implement the demonstrations, activities, and handouts for RISE programs.
