Early Alert
The goal of Early Alert is to help you succeed at UCD
- Create a campus culture of student identification for improved student performance
- Student Success Team
- Faculty, advisors and students working together
- Identify students needing assistance early in the semester
- Faculty will report on early performance in classes
- If you missed a test or homework, haven’t been to class, etc.
- The Academic Advisor will follow-up with students identified by faculty to provide students with options to assist them in their academic success.
- Directing them to appropriate campus resources
- Student must initiate meetings with advisors and faculty to discuss options and opportunities.
- Quick response to contact from Advisor
- Follow through on information from advisor
- Talking to professor(s)
- Contact will be made to your official campus email address.
- Between the 6th and 8th week of the semester.
