Personal Statement:

One to two-page, typed, double spaced essay that addresses your personal and professional goals, and how earning a Liberal Arts and Sciences degree from the University of Colorado Denver will help you attain these goals.  In addition, please explain why you are a strong candidate for the particular scholarship you are applying for.

Resume:

Please include education, employment, community service work, honors, awards, special recognitions, and any scholarships you have received while at UCD.

Official copy of all undergraduate transcripts (including a CU transcript).

Three letters of reference:

Two must be from UCD CLAS Faculty. All letters must be sealed in an envelope with the reference’s signature across the seal or emailed directly to Susan.Epstein@ CUDenver.edu.
