How to Obtain an Undergraduate Internship
Overview of the Process
Step 1:
Make an appointment with Lesley Bishop in the Experiential Learning Center. Lesley will review your resume, set you up in the internship database, get you pre-qualified for an internship, and give you a learning agreement. she is located in Tivoli 260 and is available Monday-Friday, 8-5, at 303-556-6656. Please bring your resume to this appointment.
Step 2:
Select an intership!!! Browse the database, go on interviews, learn about different opportunities, and get excited about the possibilities.
Step 3:
After you have selected an internship, ask your work site supervisor to sign the learning agreement. Return the learning agreement to Suzanne Stromberg's office: PL 102N. You will receive a call when the agreement is signed and ready to pick up.
Step 4:
Take the learning agreement back to Lesley Bishop, and she will assist you in adding the course to your schedule. the number is CMMU 3939
Print out the syllabus from the course website at www.suzannestromberg.com, making certain to note the dates of all required meetings.
