Equip your students with more knowledge about your course
Attach syllabi to course schedule planner
Students are likely to make better enrollment decisions and save everyone the effort of dropping courses, if they can see your syllabus online before they register. Attaching a syllabus to the Course Schedule Planner is a straight-forward process for the instructor of the course. (The system is programmed so that ONLY the instructor is authorized to add information to his/her scheduled course.) To make it even simpler, the new faculty resources web site includes a page with how-to instructions. There's also space to add your own comments and list course materials. Please contact Teri Hoyer if you have any questions or concerns.
"Lunch, Learn & Link" Lecture Series Announced
A Continuing Tuesday Series - Everyone Welcome!
Every Tuesday this summer from 12:30 - 1:15 p.m., the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in coalition with the Downtown Denver Partnership will host a lecture in Skyline Park off the 16th Street Mall.
Bring your lunch and listen to a 15-minute presentation by one of our faculty members on an interesting topic. The next 15 minutes will be used for small group discussions, and the last 15 minutes will be dedicated to final thoughts, questions and answers with the presenter and comments from the group.
Location:
The lectures will take place in the sunken garden by the Clock Tower close to Corner Bakery and Green Fine Salad Company at Arapahoe Street. Two exceptions are on July 17 and July 31; those will take place a block away between 15th and 16th Streets by the Palomino Grill.
Join us for the first lecture next Tuesday, June 12
