Undergraduate Majors & Minors
The Department of English offers two majors which both lead to a B.A. degree.
The English Major focuses primarily on Literature while offering students the option to emphasize one of the following: Literature, Creative Writing, or Film Studies.
The English Writing Major is designed for future writers and offers a wide range of intensive writing experiences.
Students can also opt to earn a B.A. in English with a Secondary Teacher Licensure.
