Composition Program »

The Composition Program provides two courses that are part of the UC Denver core curriculum: English 1020 and English 2030. These courses are required of students in all colleges at UC Denver.

The Writing Center »

The Writing Center provides one-on-one assistance to any member of the UC Denver community, including undergraduate students, graduate students, faculty, staff, and alumni. In the Center, trained graduate and undergraduate consultants offer help with writing of all kinds, including essays, proposals, dissertations, resumes, and scholarship applications. And it's all FREE.

The Denver Writing Project »

Part of a national, federally funded initiative, the Denver Writing Project helps writing teachers to improve their own teaching of writing. A summer camp for young writers is also part of the Project's annual offerings.

The Copper Nickel »

Copper Nickel is a journal of art and literature published by the students and faculty of the University of Colorado Denver. Copper Nickel is dedicated to showcasing the best Denver has to offer alongside the best we can find in America today, to marrying the novice and the professional, the known with the volatile.
