Tutoring

The Department of Modern Languages offers language tutoring for most of the languages taught by our department. UC Denver students, currently enrolled in a Modern Language course, may receive two hours/week of free tutoring during walk-in "open lab" tutoring sessions. See schedule below.

Tutoring is held in Plaza 118 suite, in the conference room (118P.)

If your class schedule prevents you from attending one of our Open Lab sessions, you may sign up for scheduled tutoring with the Center for Learning Assistance in North 2006. They will match your schedule with that of our tutors and assign a time frame. Whenever possible these sessions will also take place in our department, PL 118. Only one hour of scheduled language tutoring per week is allowed.

Tutoring begins the second week of classes each semester and ends the last week of classes. (There is no tutoring during finals week.) Tutoring during Summer 2008 begins the first week of classes.

Fall 2008 Tutoring Schedule

The schedule may change during the semester due to changing needs.
