Memorial Scholarships

William Robert Simmons Scholarship Endowment

The William Robert Simmons Scholarship Endowment has been established to provide scholarships for undergraduate students matriculated in the UC Denver Physics, Mathematics, or College of Engineering and Applied Science undergraduate programs.

The Scholarship Fund has been established with funds from family, friends, and colleagues of Professor William Robert (Bill) Simmons.

The Joseph F. Froechtenigt Scholarship

The Joseph F. Froechtenigt Memorial Scholarship Fund has been established to offer a university education to serious students who might otherwise not have the monetary resources necessary to allow them to devote themselves to learning. More specifically, the purpose of this fund is to provide scholarship support to individuals who have an interest in the sciences, particularly physics.

The Scholarship Fund has been established with funds from the family, friends, and colleagues of Dr. Joseph F. Froechtenigt.
