How to Obtain Official/Unofficial Transcripts for CU Succeed Students
When corresponding with the Transcript Office, please indicate you are a CU Succeed Student.

The University of Colorado Denver and Health Sciences Center has issued you student id and pin numbers. If you do not know your University issued student id and pin numbers, you may obtain official transcripts from the Transcript Office at UC Denver by sending in a written request. Upon receipt of your request, they will send transcripts directly to you, directly to the institution you are planning to attend, or you may pick them up.
You may send your request by mail or by fax. If you are unable to download the official Transcript Request Form, please include the following information in your written request:
1. Social Security Number or Student ID Number
2. Name
3. Address and Phone Number
4. Birth date
5. Last Date of Attendance
6. The Number of Copies You Would Like Sent
For official transcripts, please also include the following information:
1. The Name of Agency or Institution To Whom You Would Like the Official
Transcript Mailed
2. The Name of the Department at That Institution or Agency
3. The Address of the Institution or Agency
4. The Number of Copies You would Like Sent.

I KNOW my student ID and Pin numbers
The University of Colorado Denver and Health Sciences Center has issued you student id and pin numbers. These numbers allow you access to the University's student information system. If you have these numbers, you may order your transcripts on line. Once you have entered the University of Colorado Denver web site using the web address below, you will want to follow the these steps:
1. Enter your student id and pin numbers and click "SUBMIT".
2. At the bottom of the page click on the blue icon that reads

3. When you reach the page entitled "Academic Records Menu", click on the button
that reads

4. When you reach the page entitled "Transcript Menu", you may either view your transcript on line or
have your transcript mailed. If you would like your transcript mailed, select "Mail my transcript".
Complete the on line request form and your transcript will be mailed within 5-10 business days.
