Abstract

Through the study of a river, secondary students can express themselves in many ways, including the writing of stories and poetry, accounts of natural events, and records of scientific data. The Rivers Curriculum Project provides a framework for students to study rivers in all of these ways through an integrated model, and to share their work with other students throughout their river basin.
