General ID: Program Overview

What is the ILT Master's Program in Instructional Design?

As a graduate of our two-year ID program, you will learn to develop digital instruction for corporate, government, nonprofit, and higher education. Applying concepts of performance improvement, you will learn to pinpoint problems within an organization and develop performance solutions for them. Each semester you will engage in projects, analyses, and design activities, developing an online portfolio that exemplifies best practices in instructional design.
