IPTE Master's Degree and Endorsement Options |
|
| IPTE Elementary Master's Degree and Endorsement Options M.A. coursework and assignments assume that you are teaching children while enrolled; assignments and portfolio demonstrations require ongoing work with students for whom you are accountable. Some MA/endorsement options (see notes below) require two years of documented teaching experience at the point of application for endorsement. It is recommended that you talk with school and district personnel so that you consider school and district needs in determining the focus of your final master’s requirements. Please be aware that upon successful completion of all required coursework listed below, each Master’s degree candidate will have to complete a final comprehensive examination consisting of a portfolio, project, or take home exam.
