| No standardized tests, such as the GRE, are
needed for admission
into the master’s degree program. However, successful
completion of the prerequisite course, Politics, Public
Policy, and Leadership,
is required. It is strongly recommended that the
prerequisite be your first course toward your Master of Arts
in Political Science degree with concentration on politics and
public policy, but you are not prohibited from taking any
Center for NEW DIRECTIONS course prior to formal admission to
the program.
Admission can be granted prior to
any class
registration if the student would like to be eligible to apply
for financial aid. To request early admission for the
fall 2005 semester, a complete application
for graduate admission must be filed with the NEW
DIRECTIONS office no later than July 1.
The admissions process and registration for new students
begins with the Center for NEW DIRECTIONS. If you are interested
in beginning any program, please call the Center for NEW DIRECTIONS
at 303-556-5950, or email the Director. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your
personal academic background, and how one of the Center’s
programs might help you attain your own academic and professional
goals!
