Planning ReportsAs part of the university’s accreditation process, all programs are requested to submit two brief reports–a “planning” report and a “results” report—to the Outcomes Assessment Committee each year (to kenneth.wolf@cudenver.edu). The “planning” report is due each year on November 30th and the “results” report is due each year on April 30th. Use the blank "planning" report to help you. For example, the “planning” report submitted on November 30th, 2005 describes a program’s plans for collecting student learning data for the calendar year 2006. Each November 30th programs submit a brief report describing their plans for assessing student learning in the upcoming calendar year. The “planning report” asks programs to describe their learning outcomes and assessment approaches, as well as their plans for collecting and analyzing their data on student learning. Some programs, with the approval of the Outcomes Assessment Committee, have modified the planning report process by requesting that the reporting cycle be adjusted to better fit their own annual reporting process. See below for due dates for the planning report for each school and college. As well, the Outcomes Assessment Committee has chosen to waive future planning reports for programs that have demonstrated a sound planning process. Planning Reports have been waived for the following schools and colleges:
