Results ReportsAs part of the university’s accreditation process, all programs are requested to submit two brief reports–a “planning” report and a “results” report—to the Outcomes Assessment Committee each year (to kenneth.wolf@cudenver.edu). The “planning” report is due each year on November 30th and the “results” report is due each year on April 30th. For example, the “results” report to be submitted on April 30th, 2006 will describe student learning results for the calendar year 2005 as well as how the data were used to guide program improvements. Each April 30th programs submit a brief report describing their results from assessing student learning in the previous calendar year. The “results report” asks programs to describe their learning outcomes and assessment approaches, as well as the results from collecting and analyzing data on student learning. Most importantly, programs report how they have used their student learning data to describe the modifications they are making in their programs to enhance future student learning. Some programs, with the approval of the Outcomes Assessment Committee, have modified the “results” report process and due dates to better fit their own annual reporting process. See below for due dates for the results report for each school and college. Those marked with an asterisk may submit their annual report to their school or college as evidence of their outcomes assessment system. Due April 30th
