Laptop Lease Program

Eligibility Requirements

All UC Denver students are eligible to participate in the program. Students planning on apply financial aid to pay for the program MUST meet all deadlines and requirements set by the Office of Financial Aid.

Cost

Students may lease either format (Apple or Dell) at a cost of $150 per semester for Fall or Spring Leases. Summer Lease cost has been reduced to $100. Payment includes the laptop, manufacture service agreement, laptop insurance and on-campus technical support. Participants must pay in FULL the amount of the lease costs prior to receiving the laptop. Payment will be charged to the student's personal University account. Payment should be made to the Bursar's office located in the North Classroom 1003.

Students planning on applying financial aid to the program are responsible for complying with all applications, deadline dates and forms required by the Office of Financial Aid.

Laptop Insurance

As a part of the program costs, each laptop is insured for theft, loss, power surge, natural disaster, vandalism and accidental damage. Insurance is mandatory and included in the cost of the laptop as noted above.
