As we celebrate our 12th conference, we reflect on the changes women have shaped on the Auraria campus and the greater community and look forward to our future. This year’s theme, “Women’s Art: Women’s Vision,” will celebrate and recognize the vision of women artists. The day will focus on diverse forms of art including painting, sculpture, pottery, media, filmmaking and modern art and look at the way creative endeavors impact women's lives and women's leadership.
Filmmaker Amy Serrano will be the keynote speaker for the conference. The day will also include a variety of breakout sessions on the topic of art, empowerment and leadership. Our conference will feature keynotes, workshops, and lots of opportunities to network and grow. The conference fee includes a continental breakfast and lunch as well as all materials and supplies.
