DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE

Beta Gamma Sigma is the honor society serving business programs accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a business program accredited by AACSB International.

Goals:
The Beta Gamma Sigma organization exists to:
1. Encourage and reward scholarship and accomplishment among students of business and administration.
2. To promote the advancement of education in the art and science of business.
3. To foster integrity in the conduct of business activities.

The Beta Gamma Sigma UC Denver chapter has additional goals of:
1. Providing local representation of the national Beta Gamma Sigma organization.
2. Creating awareness within the UC Denver Business School student body of Beta Gamma Sigma's existence and benefits.
3. Inviting qualified students to join Beta Gamma Sigma.
4. Inducting qualified students, who accept the invitation to join, into Beta Gamma Sigma.
